Prices:
Our price includes your accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis. Extras, including telephone calls, packed lunches etc. are charged as consumed. We accept the following forms of payment: debit cards and credit cards.
Pets:
Although we appreciate our animal friends- pets are not allowed at The Spreyton, Sorry!
Cancellation and Insurance:
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is refundable up to 7days before arrival for FREE cancellation bookings only. Once a reservation has been made any amendments can be made free of charge subject to availability up to 7 days before check in. If you need to cancel your booking please advise us as soon as possible as any cancellation notice recieved after the 7 days before arrival date will render you liable for 100% of your booking total. Failing to take up your booking without cancelling renders you liable for for the total amount of your stay. For bookings made with the Non-refundable option:- Once a reservation has been made any changes (such as a reduction of days or change of room or dates) will be charged at an additional £30 administration fee, providing that these changes take place more than 14 days before the date of arrival. It is deemed as a cancellation of the original reservation and as such the total reservation fee is forfeited if changes take place less than 14 days before the date of arrival. Changes such as additional days & room up-grades are not deemed as cancellations and therefore if the accommodation is available the charge rate is carried forward. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. Failing to take up your booking without cancelling renders you liable for the total amount of your stay. Having to terminate your reserved stay renders you liable for the balance of any monies due for your complete visit. For these reasons you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
Non-availability:a reservation. We would only ever cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would always attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund ALL monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival:
Your accommodation will be available from 15.00hrs – 20.00hrs on the day of arrival.
Your account becomes due on the day of arrival and should be settled in full.
Departure:
Our checkout time is 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Damages and Breakages:
Please take care and respect our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. Any charges will be made on the same account numbered card by The Spreyton Guest House and the card holder will be notified of any such transaction. The Spreyton Guest House cannot accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any of your possessions or vehicles on or off the premises.
Keys:
Keys to the guesthouse are isuued to you on arrival, please hand them back in on departure. Lost or damaged keys are charged at £14 per key.
Smoking:
The Spreyton Guest House is a totally non smoking establishment and this policy refers to tobacco goods, E cigarettes, vaping and electronic devices. A penalty of £200 applies where this policy has not been adhered to.
Data:
Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on the computer, but will not be shared with third parties, the exception being where we are legally bound by law to do so.
